am from indonesia and need solution to have a job in canada

hai am Choky From indonesia
am 27 Yo
and have many working experience
i was work on F&B Service and Product (hotel and restourant)
and i was working as a Injection Machine operator in japan for 3 years
and my last job as a Administration of indonesian famous telecomunication
and now im unemployee and need job

i was wondering how to find a job a cross a sea such canada and US ,but i can not find sponsor for me.

is there any solution for me sir/mam??
couse i dont know how to find sponsor and how to find a job in canada this is my first time
