Hi, I'm Vincent, and I'm 18. I've graduated last year from high school, and I've been hunting for a job since then. I've applied at many places(30 or so), I had only 2 interviews. I decided to re-write my Resume.

I've never had a 'real' job before, so there not much I can think of to put on my resume...

Objective:
Acquire new work experience and knowledge, develop new abilities and skills.

Education:
High School Diploma. (2008)
- Primary and secondary school completed. Gratuated from _SCHOOLNAME_ in 2008. Mechanical, Wood and Metal work aquired.

Provincial 2008 ScienceFair :
-Won 2nd place in the Technology category.

Work Experience: Volunteering:
- Rado (2008)
- Tim Hortons (2008) Tim Horton’s Camp.

Abilities and Qualities:
- Bilingual
- Friendly
- Motivated
- Responsible

Computer Skills:
Experiences with:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Acess, PowerPoint, Visual Studio
- Autodesk Auto CAD, 3DS Max.
- Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Premiere

- Very strong understanding of computer’s inner working.
- Lots of experience with computer repairing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

This is what I got so far. I'm currently repairing computers (I've got business cards that I distribute around) I'll have to fit that in somewhere.

I'm looking to get a job pretty much anywhere, I'd like a office job, a physical job in an industry of some sort, or a computer related job.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’d like to share a tip with you to help you in successfully landing a job. You can highlight some achievements you’ve made in the past concerning computer repair. It may just be a small one but at least potential employers will see that you were able to accomplish something and that’s crucial.

Hi There,

The resume should be short and simple.

The highlighting skills of yours can be noted down in resume.

If you have any doubt about it you can get a suggestion from the person, who is expert in the writing resumes.

Hope it helps :)

Did you have any achievements in life that are related to the job you are applying for? if so, you can put that achievement and it can be an extra point for you
