Bank teller wages

I wanted to compare the starting wage for bank tellers...
I've been a teller for 7 months and I am curious what the other banks are offering.

As usual big banks offer less than credit unions do.
As I know big banks offer 10-11 dollars for hour for the beginers versus credit unions do $12.
Am I correct.
