If I applied for sponsorhip inside in Canada.. How long does it take to process my application?

Can I leave the country? and come back without any problem?

It depends on the backlog they have; maybe you should call CIC for more details, if they can give you any...

It may take up to a year. Yes, you can leave Canada but it's not recommended for in-land applicants. After 4-5 months, once your application is approved in principle, you can apply for work/study permit, and government medical coverage. the next step is to receive your landing papers.
