Have an interview set up for next week with CRA - Collections officer....any helpful tips - questions asked. Will be evaluated on Effective Ineractive Communications, Dealing with difficult situations, ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload, also, ability to analyze , evaluate and make recommendations.
Have no clue what to expect in the form of questions and answers....any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!!
