The successful candidate will possess top notched administrative and supervisory skills as well as some experience working within the distribution industry. The responsibilities of this role is to provide clerical, administrative and staff supervisory support for all of the distribution management and includes: the preparation and completion of correspondence, labour productivity reports, payroll preparation, implementing as necessary processes and procedures, and replacing shift supervisors during vacation periods and absences. Independently plans, organizes, co-ordinates and makes decisions and judgments relating to assigned projects and other responsibilities. Your ability to apply sound analytical decision making processes, along with strong communication skills both verbally and written, as well as possessing exceptional customer service and diplomacy, time management and prioritizing skills are essential in this role. Diploma or certificate from accredited institute with major course works in logistics/warehousing an asset.
