Customer service

Is there any difference between a customer service manager and a customer service representative??

Also can you tell me if any of these occupations are the same thing.
Customer Service Supervisor
Customer Service Consultant
Customer Service Clerk
Customer Service Assistant
Customer Service Agents
Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Professional
Customer service managers

Im trying to make a job information site but I dont want to have 10 different pages for the one job.

Some of the titles describe the same responsibilities. Customer service manager and Customer service representative are different positions. The title speaks for itself; the first is a Manager who is responsible for a team of Customer service representatives.
Customer Service Clerk and Customer Service Assistant are close enough.
Also those 2 - Customer Service Professional and Customer Service Consultant;
Supervisor and Manager is the same.

It is just common sense.

Hi,

I agree with lana.

In these heading some is like customer service, and some are superior posts of the customer service, but most are same department but different levels.
