Advice on salary offered
 

Hello

I have been offered a senior software developer job in Victoria and the the salary offered is 65k. I arrived in Canada one month ago and Im not really up to speed on the pay scales. My feeling is that for this job its a bit low but for all I know it may be reasonable.

It's not bad for first job. Also you found job fast. In the current economic environment people are finding it difficult to get a job that fast. I say take it and if you find a better offer move on. The economy is very unstable at the moment...
