Interview for independent immigrant

Hi there, after 2 years of waiting I finally got a letter from the Canadian embassy with all the details about my interview. It is scheduled for next month and I'm really excited. Just a quick question. Is it very important to be fluent in English? I know English but when I speak I make some grammar mistakes especially when I am under pressure.

I say, don’t worry about it. It is expected that you make mistakes when you talk. Focus on what you are going to talk about instead of the grammar and relax. The immigration officer will need honest answers and will check all the data from your application, so practice on that. :)

Yes, I would not worry too much.
Your writing skills here are good, so I'll assume your speaking skills are probably 90% perfect.

That's more than enough to make a good impression! :)
