*Answer phones *Maintain office supply inventory *Open and distribute mail *Open and distribute incoming faxes *Maintain company lists (addresses, e-mails etc. and ensure that the lists are *Keep kitchen clean and stocked *-Occasionally type leases for leasing agent *Keep recepion area clean and tidy Must have excellent comminucation skills and proficient with MS WORD |
