Comming to Canada

Hi all,
I got the visa! Wow I'm so happy, isn't that wonderful!
I am thinking of coming to Canada in June.

Now the big question is where I should settle. Any ideas?

Congratulations! Do you have any friends or relatives in Canada? Maybe you should go where they live and then when you find a job you can relocate. This way you will be more flexible in finding a job because you will be willing to relocate. I believe that more than 50% of the immigrants settle in Ontario and Toronto. A lot of people go to Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton.

It is always a good idea to go where your relatives or friens are. I went to Ottawa and I like it here. It's pretty cold in the winter but I found a job I've made new friends and don't think I'll move again.

What type of work are you interestd in? There are a lot of jobs in Alberta. They even advertise in the paper where I am , 2000 miles away.
