No possible way. It is not as easy as it is made out to be to get a work permit. the process is long and lengthy. The nature of your job has to fall within the NOC category and it has to be a skilled...

She can apply for an extension of a work permit based on intent of putting her PR papers in but that it usually very tough and granted to provinces like Alberta, BC etc where there is a labour...
