Your right for sure it does work also changing your search now and agin helps to change your view of what you may be willing to or want to do . We all know that transitioning in a career usually means a temperary reduction in wages but its not a rule you can make a transition sideways that leads to a higher value . This transition is experienced by injured workers , older workers and ambitious workers . The trouble is ya can't go to work until someone asks you to go.
