ob Description

The Webmaster/Content Manager (Sharepoint 2007) is responsible for the online experience of members through the management of the CRM portal using Sharepoint 2007.

Ability to configure and manage the website portal built using Microsoft SharePoint 2007 including content management and site administration

Content Management activities may include elements of:
Design, configure and manage related micro-sites
Ability to come up with creative web design layouts, marketing campaigns, online banners, newsletters and other graphical design artefacts that meet membership portal requirements
Ability to produce and cut-up layouts from clean, high quality, pixel-perfect designs using Photoshop / Illustrator and or Adobe Flash into HTML / CSS representations
Ability to upload and configure HTML / CSS representations into websites built using Microsoft SharePoint 2007 (using its site administration and content management system tools)
Site Administration activities may include the following:
Manage security for the site collection and alignment with centralized IT best practices
Create, leverage and manage page layouts/templates, content types, and site column
Qualifications

4 years experience new media (2 years experience working with content management systems [CMS], preferably SharePoint)

4 years experience in Graphic Design
Formal education in web design and / or technologies
Comprehensive knowledge of web technologies, browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer), protocols and content management tools
Must have working knowledge of the following:
Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or equivalent
HTML/CSS
Adobe Flash
Web-ready graphic design
Motion graphics (3d, 2d/traditional animation)
PDF authoring
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2007 including elements of:
Previous experience with integrated portal delivery systems where information presented includes both:
Front end (i.e. in SharePoint)
Back end system (i.e. data coming from other systems) content presentation
Ideally, where integration was with a CRM or ERP solution
