Lots of people in Montreal are having some trouble about being perfectly bi-lingual: English and French. I know some people in Montreal area who have BAC and even Masters degree, but somehow cannot find a n office job. Even though many companies deal with other provinces and the US, all the Customer service, sales, support goes in English, but still language is a big problem there.
