Resume critique?

Hi everyone, new to the forum, however very glad to be here. Lots of helpful tips on here.
Here's my issue, im currently seeking employment, however im having some tough luck being noticed by the places im applying for as callbacks are sparse at best.
So im wondering if theres something that im doing wrong with my resume or cover letter.
Ive noticed many people posting Cover letters on here, but hardly any resumes posted. Is this not allowed by the board or can they be posted for critique?

I am new here too. But I think there is some privacy issue why people shy to post their resumes.

Very well observed guys. I guess that this calls for mods to make a sticky thread dedicated to showcasing our resumes and open it up for criticism and griping which is vital for improvement or serve as models for other job applicants to get idea from. Tsveta, what say you?
