Default How hard is it to move up from $11.50 per hour, university grad?

Hello guys, and this question concerns my job that I along with my brother are thinking about leaving; currently my job is paying me $11.50 per hour to work in a warehouse in Montreal.

Problems for low pay has been the language issue as even after 13 years, It is difficult in French even though I just completed university degree in Economics, and minor in Business.

Now, I am thinking about moving to Ontario in three months, so what are the chances of me finding a better then my current job?

What should I prepare for? The things that interest me the most is Logistic, I am also open to other possibilities..
