Default Should I take this job if it's offered to me?

I currently work as a temp making $15 an hour with no benefits. 35 Min commute. Im interviewing for a job that probably will pay the same doing the same thing basically ... maybe a little less BUT its full time with full benefits.

Only downside its a hour 20 min commute.

Should I ask for more money and if they say no decline it? Is it worth the extra drive to get something perm with benefits?

Those are questions only you can answer. You have to ask yourself if the pros outweigh the cons. Are benefits important to you? Do you foresee yourself using any of the benefits? For example if you have optical but don't wear glasses it might not have much worth to you.

Are there any chances of you getting hired permanent, full-time by the company you currently work for?
