I don't have a boss now (unless you count my wife) because I'm self-employed but when I was an employee I was very fortunate to have some great people for bosses. Now one of my ex-bosses is my best customer and my most recent ex-boss I use as a subcontractor.

we had like 4 managers in a span of 4 months.. liked the first one alright, second and third worked together and were super, and the newest ones are a pain - haven't worked since their arrival lol
From the poll results I can see that most people neither like nor dislike their boss. That is not surprising given that usually there is a tension between a boss and an employee...
