These types of interviews are often a first step to see if your motivation and interest are right for the company. They often do this when they are hiring a bunch of peaple.

If it is this type, it will often not last more than 10 minutes, they will then have you come in for testing or a second interview.

This process weeds out the people who might not fit the job well without having to have them come in.
