Default Cant think of an answer for this question

I'm currently located in Canada and i work for one of the top 5 banks (RBC). At RBC, im an investment specialist. I basically call rbc clients and offer them solutions based on their banking/investment needs. It's like a call center role.

Now I recently will have an interview with another top 5 bank (TD Canada Trust), that is the exact same position but pays higher and is much closer to home.

The question is during the interview, they are bound to ask...Why did you choose our bank and not remain with RBC?

I just cant seem to think of an good answer. I cant tell them straight up because its the money or its closer, I cant tell them its because I want to explore growth opportunities because the position is exactly the same.

what would you do?

I would tell them it's about the money and being closer. Of course you'll want to word it elegantly. Try something like I feel it is very important to balance both work and personal life. A good balance provides a stronger, more efficient employee capable of dealing effectively with the day-to-day job challenges. To have this balance it requires fair compensation from the employer which I do not feel I am receiving at my current employer. I feel TD will offer fair compensation. In addition TD is closer to my home which reduces my daily commute and once again contributes to a balanced life style.
