I want to get a job in Canada

Hi Sir/Miss,
I want to get a job in Canada
I'm Chinese and work in Singapore with international teammate in a IT company as a electronic engineer, I have about 8 years experience and comparative good english. I believe I can get a job easily if I can get a work permit.
My question is, if I apply for some position use email online, is it posible for me to get a offer? Will the company responsible for apply some work pass for me ? Is there any other way to achieve this? Immigration application duration is too long for me.

Hi, you can try to find a job remotely but be aware that it is not easy and it takes time too. I know that the wait for the skilled immigration process is long, but if you want to come to Canada, this is your best option so far.
