Default I have no experience

Hi, I am a recent graduate and have never ever worked before. (even part time) I graduated with an honours bachelor of arts and specialized mainly in East Asian Studies. I was thinking of working in an office in downtown Toronto. Do you people think it is impossible? I tried to find some entry level jobs and internships but opportunities are just not out there. Some required a ton of experience even for an entry level job. The only job i have had was wrapping presents during Christmas. Thanks everyone.

I am willing to take courses in order to enter the business field. I was wondering if anyone know any hidden internships or entry level jobs which they can tell me. If it is really impossible then, I am willing to work any kind of job to gain experience but with no night shifts and has to be in downtown Toronto. Please can anyone help me?

This is why I strongly suggest to people that they do some volunteer work. It gives you experience, and it tells potential employers that you are willing to work.

Your experience in college alone can get you a job

Thumbs up

Is there a specific position that you are qualified for? What would your job title be? It might be best to seek out other professionals in this same field, they are usually associated with groups or committees with similar interests and skill sets. You should also consider short-term projects or freelance work to help you gain experience.
