Default Associate Consultant vs. Entry Level Management

Hello evryoody, I have a question for you. I was offered a job at insurance agencie and they have two available positions. On is Associate Consultant and the other one is Entry Level Management. I'd like to know pros and cons of each one, so I can go for my interview and clearly state what position I am looking at. Thanks a lot.

did you get the job? Which one did you take? I know this is a month old but did you go on the site and see the job description for both?
