Default Body Shop Estimator Wanted

This well established GTA domestic dealership is seeking a Body Shop Estimator as the latest edition to their team. Committed to "fixing cars right", this body shop prides themselves on their commitment to employees and customers within a positive and supportive work environment.

The primary focus of this position is to link the customer needs with the repair process. It is this person's responsibility to convey the blueprint of the required repairs to the technicians and to champion the needs of the customer. An emphasis is placed on coordinating and managing the repair process in a timely and efficient manner. It is very important that the candidate be well-versed in the collision repair process and able to communicate the process effectively to all parties in the process. Your experience in dealing with insurance companies and parts ordering are strong assets.

The individual in this position must be decisive, creative, proactive, and have a thorough knowledge of the repair process. Working knowledge of ADP, Audatex and Mitchell systems are a requirement for success in this position. In addition, the individual must be energetic, motivated, and present an image of professionalism when representing the company. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to conduct business with all employees, suppliers and customers while working within a highly communicative team environment.
