Hi,
There are many things to consider when you are looking for a job.
1. Your Resume - is it well written? Maybe you should rewrite your Resume or ask somebody with experience to do it for you. The Resume and the Cover letter are VERY important! Here are some tips on resume and Cover letter writing.
2. Where do you look for job?
3. Do you contact recruiters? - do you call them? do you follow up?
There is list of Canadian recruiting agencies.
4. Did you try volunteering? Sometimes this helps gaining a valuable experience.
